Do you offer 2 weeks of onboarding for free?

Yes! If you're not sure if we're the right fit or you just want to see us in action, we'll support you for 2 weeks on a limited time per week at no cost. No contract, no commitment, no upfront fee. Just a NDA.

Do I need a Clay.com account?

We rely heavily on Clay.com for tasks like lead and account prospecting, CRM enrichment, and inbound/outbound workflow automation. We’ll help you select the best Clay subscription for your needs — and thanks to our referral code, you’ll get a special offer.

If you prefer not to use Clay, that’s fine too; we’ll adapt our process to your tools and infrastructure or use our Black Orchid's account at a custom price.

How long does it take a typical Automation or Outbound project?

It highly depends on the project but standard Automation, CRM Enrichment or Outbound projects require 2 to 3 months minimum and up to 10 months depending on the scope and complexity. Feel free to ask and get a quote — it's free.

Do you train our team?

Yes, we involve your team – RevOps, Growth, Marketing and Engineering – in the end-to-end process with a minimum of live training sessions depending on the pricing plan you're in. In all cases you can get into additional training hours priced separatedly.

Who own all the tools and subscriptions, and how the off-boarding works?

You own all the tools and they will be under your company's accounts.

Once we're done with our work and you're ready to fly free we just disconnect from your Tech Stack. We offer free support for an additional 4 weeks after our engagement ends. Usually we remain connected to your system during that 4-week period.

Do you offer Customer Support as an standalone service?

Definitely. We can frame the 1k monthly subscription into a pure Customer Support project if you're already set in all the required tools.

What do we need to start a project?
